An online questionnaire about how you want to use your garden.
Photo and video upload facility.
Guidance on measuring and documenting your space.

A 40 minute video consultation where Jo will,
Clarify your brief and vision
Ask questions about your life and how you need to use the garden.
Understand the feeling you want to create
Confirm my understanding of your space from what you have sent me.

Following the video call, I will spend the next 3 days:
Thinking deeply about your dream garden and what you want to achieve.
Drawing concept sketches showing different layout options
Creating Mood boards to capture the style and atmosphere of each design
Record a personal video walkthrough (10-15 minutes) explaining the thinking behind each concept

Delivered digitally via email with:
High-resolution concept sketches on A4 PDF.
Mood boards capturing the style of the garden with photos and visuals
Recorded Video explanation from Jo

What you can do with your concept sketches….
Take the sketches and develop them yourself.
Set out the key measurements provided with string or bamboo canes to see how it looks on the ground.
Show the concepts to a landscaper who can work with you to translate the design on the ground.

40 min zoom conversation to agree the brief.
2 x 2D hand-drawn concept designs, materials and planting ideas, mood board images.
A video of me talking you through the ideas.
72 hour turnaround.
Designs are yours to own.

Garden Design Lite Terms and Conditions
All measurements and dimensions are the responsibility of the client and the designer can only design using the information provided. The designer will endeavour to design with construction in mind, but cannot be held responsible for errors provided or subsequently found on site.
The 2 concepts are final and there are no changes included in the initial package.
The concepts are not to scale and will not include all measurements and therefore should not be used to construct from.
The product does not include a full planting plan, just suggestions based on the conditions described in the brief and through online sub-soil research by the designer.
The product does not include a lighting plan.
Once the garden designs have been paid for and the product received there are no refunds offered.
Start dates for design are subject to availability and demand at the time of purchase. An immediate start cannot be guaranteed.
If I feel the site and scope of the project is not suitable for Garden Design Lite I am at liberty to not accept and a full refund will be given.
